Proposed Changes to Administrative Rules


The Alabama Board of Athletic Trainers has filed proposed changes to its Administrative Rules regarding continuing education requirements and fees.  Rules with proposed changes are 140-X-4-.02 Requisites for Renewal, 140-X-4-.03 Continuing Education, 140-X-5-.02 Administrative Fee Schedule, and Appendix A Continuing Education Guidelines and Forms.

Interested persons may present their views in writing to Board of Athletic Trainers, PO Box 243011, Montgomery, AL 36124.  Those wishing to present views in person should contact the Board at 334/264-1929 Tuesday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by June 1, 2017, or attend a public hearing scheduled for noon on Friday, June 2, 2017, in Birmingham, Alabama at Samford University, College of Health Sciences Building.  The final date for comment is Friday, June 2, 2017.
