Proposed Changes to Administrative Rules

The Alabama Board of Athletic Trainers has filed proposed changes to its Administrative Rules regarding certain license renewal procedures and fees.  These changes affect only those licensees who obtain their licenses between July 1 and December 31 and apply to the first renewal period only.  Rules with proposed changes are 140-X-4-.01 General Provisions, 140-X-4-.02 Requisites for Renewal, 140-X-4-.03 Continuing Education, and 140-X-5-.02 Administrative Fee Schedule.  These proposed rule changes can be viewed www.athletictrainers.alabama.gov

Interested persons may present their views in writing to Board of Athletic Trainers, PO Box 243011, Montgomery, AL  36124.  Those wishing to present views in person should contact the Board at 334/264-1929 Tuesday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  The final date for comment is Friday, August 2, 2013.
